3.T2-T8 POSTERIOR FUSION WITH AUTOLOGOUS BONE AND OSTEOCEL

I CHOSE THESE CODES ARE THEY OK? PLEASE HELP
22612*1, 22614 *5, 22327, 22851,22842,20931,20937,95927

Almost right. 22612 is for the lumbar spine though.

I get 22610, 22614x5, 22327, 22842, 20937, 20931

I'm not familiar with the Precept system, but I'm hesitant to say using 22851 is ok after looking it up. I actually suggest you the call NuVasive rep in your area and ask them if they can provide some coding resources for you that pertain to their products. They shouldn't have a problem with that at all.

Also, I believe the 95927 would be billed by the interpreting Neurologist not the Neurosurgeon. We don't do these here, but we would bill them like intraoperative EEGs-professional component only for the Neurologist.
