Wiki need help with difference between 29916/29862

I have a provider who did a labral repair- debridement and capsulotomy then fixed the tear with sutures an 2 pushlock anchors.

both CPTS cover debridement and sutures, 29862 is the only one mentioning anchors. Is there an easier way to distinguish between the two CPTs?

If you read the CPT description/definition of each you should be able to see the difference.

29862 is not a repair.
29916 is a repair and includes chondroplasty, synovectomy, and acetabuloplasty.
