SIGMOID RESECTION AND PRIMARY COLORECTAL ANASTOMOSIS (open procedure). I have 44625 and 44626 but confuse which one. I look at CPT Index it directed me to 44626. My scenario did not mention of any colostomy.
But I favor 44625. Please anybody can help me. Thanks.

Hi,
CPT 44626 is more appropriate.
This is because, Colorectal anastamosis is given in the description.
