What code would be used for Pulmonary Conduit Replacement? The patient had a total repair ,truncus arteriosus at 5 days old. A 12 mm pulmonary homograft was placed from the right ventricle to the main pulmonary artery and now this need replaced.

I would bill this procedure with 33475-Pulmonary valve replacement and 33530 for reoperation on heart valve if the original repair was done more than a month prior to this second procedure. Hope this helps!
