Wiki Need help with Billling/Coding

I am in need of help for a CPT code to bill for a trach change in the office? I haven't been able to find any code to be able to bill for when a patient comes in the office and the provider see's the patient. We have been billing the office visit but not anything for the trach change. Does anyone know what code can be used if any? Or would this be considered part of the E/M? Thanks!

31502 (Tracheotomy tube change prior to establishment of fistula tract ) is what I've used in the past. Hope I've been of some help!

but it must be prior to the establishment of the fistula tract which is usually in the first few weeks after trach insertion. If this is just a routine cleaning then it is part of the E&M. Also you need a V code for the diagnosis, V52-V53 range.
