Wiki Need Help with 59400 delivery within the 39 week mark denial for non specific diagnosis code

My providers are in New York when I bill BCBS or any of the medicaid hmo's if the patient is 39 weeks and delivers with no problems my first dx code is the o80 they don't seem to like this code and ask for a specific I use O80,z37.0,z3a39 and delivery is denied. Can you help me what am I doing wrong is there another diagnosis code I am not aware of. Thank you so much for your help!
