Please assist in finding the code for CT angiogram of the heart, including the HCPCS codes that i can use for this procedure. Thanks.

Thank you. I think 75574 fits the description for the procedure that my providers did. Would I be able to use any HCPCS codes for the supplies as well? A4550 maybe?
