We supply tubing with mouth piece, etc. when we give children nebulizer treatments in the office. We have to purchase these supplies. Can anyone tell me if this is reimbursable and if so, what would be the correct CPT code for this? Are all payors reimbursing for this, or are there some that are not?

I think the code would be A7006. Our clinic doesnt bill because because our office believes it is part of the treatment when we bill the 94640 neb treatment.We havent really looked into seprate reimbursment
