DOC did a left total thyroid lobectomy and a right near total thyroid lobectomy . I am (ASC)(asc)looking at codes 60220 lt

doc office says no , its 60240 - WHO IS RIGHT ?thanks
 
Yes you are right. There is no way of going for 60240 and beyond.
If your doctor had done some isthumectomy along with that on right side, then you can go for 60225. If isthumous was not disturbed then, you are very much to the point
