nasogastric tube reposition thru jejunum?

Am trying to code a report that is a reposition of a nasogastric tube into the jejunum? The closest code we are able to find is 43761, but that states to the duodenum only?

Nasogastric tube repositioning into jejunum

What are others thoughts on CPT 44500 with a 52 modifier? For two reasons.....the tube has already been placed and this is a repositioning. And it's to represent the placement in the jejunum vs the duodenum. :confused:
