If a patient presents to the office with epistaxis and the provider performs a nasal endoscopy and then based on the endoscopy performs cautery of the anterior nasal cavity to control the epistaxis, what do you code? Do you report code 30901 for the control of the bleeding or can you also report the nasal endoscopy? Thanks.
