Nasal Bone Deformity

Does the medical record note if the deformity is aquired or congenital?

Look at 738.0 Aquired Deformity of Nose with subnotes Deformity of nose aquired
Overdevelopment of nasal bones.

If the medical records note congential deformity, look at 748.1 Other Anomalies of nose.

Also, pay attention the the Excludes note.
