Ok everyone - I am having a disagreement with the MVA codes with the other coder.

My patient was the driver and involved in MVA on the road with another moving vehicle.

Would you use E812.0 or E819.0
 
E8120 Motor vechile traffic accident (collision), driver (other than motorcycle)
If they were driving on a highway and were in an accident with another vehicle this would be the code.
