MD codes on same date of service- 67810, 11100, and 11101 x 3- 5 different lesions. Help on modifiers needed. Would this be correct?
67810-no modifier
11100 add 51 and 59
11101 no modifier
11101 ?59 modifier

no modifier needed on 11101 - it is an "add on" code- just list quantity.
When 67810 is performed with another separately identifiable procedure, the highest dollar value code is listed as the primary procedure and subsequent procedures are appended with modifier 51.

make sure your 67810 includes lid margin or canthus or was full thickness.

If only skin of eyelid biopsied you use 11100.
