When coding pregnancy visits with more than one complication how are the codes sequenced? Example:
This is how I sequenced the codes:
646.63 (infections of genitourinary tract in pregnancy, not delivered)
590.80 (pyelonephritis)
646.93 (unspecified complication of pregnancy, not delivered)
564.00 (constipation, unspecified)
This is how I linked the codes to the procedures:
99213 (E & M level) Code: 646.63, 646.93, 590.80, 564.00
Is this correct?
