Wiki multiple EGD's perfomed in 1 day HELP!

Dr. Performed EGD and found clotted blood in fundus. No active bleed found. performed another 6 hours later found clotted blodd onstomach again no active bleed found . Another EGD was performed the next day. Superficial/ erosive ulcer found at the GE junction. No active bleed. Now. I belive I can code the egd done on separate days. because i have diffrerent DX. But can I bill for the EGD done on same day? my thinking is no. Can anyone help?
my chosen codes so far are 43239 w/ 578.9 and 43239 w/ 531.90, 285.9. right?
 
Thanks, I didn't think of modifiers. I am kinda of new at this... I appreciate the help!
