I understand if they do a MRI of the knee and a MRI of the tibia/fibula of the same leg that you can only charge 1 MRI. My question is which do I bill? The MRI knee joint or MRI non-joint? Orders were for both in the same leg.

We successfully bill for both. I just ran 73723, MRI with and without contrast, joint of lower extremity and 73720, MRI lower extremity other than joint, with and without contrast through our APC grouper and didn't receive any edits.
