does anyone know if you can bill MRA code 70544 for venous and arterial studies. our radiology department performed a study of the head but injected the patient twice for a venous and arterial study. I was not aware of being able to bill twice for the same location but if the study is different can we bill twice with a modifier 59?

70546 MRA head w/wo contrast. You shouldn't bill twice.
