Looking for help with coding of Morel Lavalle lesion aspiration with ultrasound. Provider gave 20611 and 27301 for the procedure.
I am questioning 27301 because it was not an incision, however I am not finding an aspiration for a deep lesion. Another coworker believes 20611 should be changed to 20550. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
