Hello is it correct to code CPT 15275 if a MOHS provider documents the repair of the right 5th digit area post MOHS surgery was done not via suturing, but "by applying sufficient layers of bovine xenograft skin substitute material to create a flush appearance with the surrounding tissue. The xenograft was secured with 6-0 fast absorbing gut sutures."
Type of Xenograft used: Puracol
Area of Defect Closed: 1.2cm x 1.7cm
