Wiki Modifiers for mental health

Hey everyone, I have done billing and coding for every single type of medical office but I am at a loss when it comes to mental health for some reason. Does anyone know what the modifiers would be for H0004, H2015, H0031, 90791, T1017.

depends on the scenerio. HO, HN for supervised. XE, XP for xtra encounter or xtra provider, u3 u2, ua for case management, etc
