If an x-ray tech goes to a skilled nursing facility to do x-rays, is there a CPT code for setting up the equipment, is it even billable? (the procedure will be being billed as global, he will be doing everything)
 
There is actually a HCPCS code for that - Q0092. The lay description basically says it must done under the supervision of a physician, must be medically necessary to take it to the patient's place of residence, etc. It also says to use R0070 (one patient) or R0075 (multiple patients) for deliverying the equipment.
