Wiki Mitrofanoff with MACE

My provider performed a Mitrofanoff and MACE in the same procedure. He used the appendix for the Mitrofanoff and small bowel for the MACE. Both of these procedures are normally coded with 50845. I was wondering if it would be best to coded it 50845 with 22 modifier? :confused:
 
I personally would use the *22 modifier but insurance companies may not see enough to warrant additional reimbursement.
