Are there any suggestions as to how I code implantation of a mitral clip(33418) and then removal during the same session?

Was there a complication that prevented them from placing the clip at all? If at the end of the procedure, no clip was placed at all, I would think 33418,52.

the patient had severe MR after the clip placement , the decision was made to remove the clip to decrease the risk of clip embolization.
