We have a surgeon using a Mitomycin compound for his TURBT procedures. 40mg/40ml is being used and our original understanding was the compound consisted of 8 vials of 5mg powder so we are using J9280. We have now been informed that while it is 40mg/40ml they are actually using a 40mg powder vial. Do you think it is still appropriate to use J9280 or should we revert to the unlisted J7999?
