I cant find any codes for misalignment. What would be the best way to code this.

Any help is appreciated. Thank You!
 
S33.2xxA is for an injury, if this is not stated as an injury then I would use key word displacement then Sacrococcygeal and get the M53.3 flavor. Or query the provider to see if this is a congenital condition.
 
dislocation

I will agree to mitchellde to ask the physician about the cause of the misalignment whether its pathologic, traumatic, or congenital but if the documentation is clear about the etiology then you could either use Dislocation for congenital, traumatic, recurrent, or pathological.
