I am being asked to link the unlisted pulmonology code (94799) to actual CPT's for the first time. I am still new to this and can't find a code or codes that seem to fit. I am thinking 94010 for the MIP portion, but what would I use for the rest? Has anyone else had success billing this and linking it to CPTs? I would appreciate and insight or assistance anyone can provide.
