We are trying to code for a middle finger extensor tendon relocation with radial sagittal band repair. there are a couple of codes we have looked at both don't really think any of them are correct.....26437 & 26418 or just 26437.

the note states that the radial sagittal band rupture was found and the ends were freshened up with the tendon and it was then repaired. Once these were well approximated, the tendon was then relocated.

Any advice would be helpful!!
