Previously using HCPC code S9484-HE-TG for Crisis Stabilization at our PEC/Urgent Care these claims are being denied based on the procedure code. We use CPT 90839 for our mobile evaluation unit. So my question is can I use 90839 for PEC/Urgent Care claims as well? Our concern is some clients may use both services on the same day, can we use the same code for both services on the same day for private insurances?
