Per Novitas website, Medicare has retired LCD L30538 effective 05/08/20104. Does anyone know if they have plans to do another LCD covereing CPT 88365 and 88368? i cannot seem to find one and it would be awesome if they dont.

I see on Novitas website where it says (through a search) that the effective date is 05/08/2014. If you look at the revision history explanation on the policy, L30538 retired on 12/05/2013 - "Retired effective for dates of service on or after 12/05/2013. The key information has been absorbed into newer policies."

I believe that the inclusion of 88367 or 88368 in the former policy was specific to guidance for HER2/neu testing.
