How can I find the Medicare allowable for 0404T?
 
Hello,
Just wondering if you found anything out on this code 0404T? We have physicians that are getting ready to be trained and having a hard time finding a work RVU assigned to this code. Is Medicare paying? or are you finding any insurance companies covering?
