Hi,

We've been getting denials 'invalid place of service' from Noridian Medicare for the claim CPT 73552-26(femur x-ray, minimum 2views) with POS code 61(comprehensive inpatient rehab facility).
No issues on payment on other claims 71046-26, 73502-26, 71046-26, 74018-26, 73562-26, etc.
Why is CPT 73552-26 with POS 61 denied for invalid POS?
Please help...
