I'm trying to decide the medical risk of tinnitus, subjective and Hearing loss Senorineural .
MRI , Impendance, Audio ordered, new dx for my doc.
I still can see it more that Low Decision making, but I'm new to ENT coding.

Any suggestions would be great.

Hi Beth, I would typically count that as MDM of Moderate Complexity due to the Diagnostic Testing that is ordered. 388.31 and 389.16 could be a sign of an Acoustic Neuroma which is most likely why your MD is ordering the MRI. My Opinion :)
