Can anyone provide another code for a manual peg with NO EGD. Just a manual pull.
I am not sure if 49460 would qualify since there was no obstructive material noted?
Any suggestions?

I agree that 49460 wouldn't apply here. If I recall correctly, I have only had one instance of a manual PEG pull that wasn't a PEG change, and I think we ended up using an E&M code.
