I just started working with an FQHC and we have patients who come in for Mantoux screens. Do we report 99211 with these as well for the readings or just code 86580 with V74.1 for the Dx code? I saw some posts in the form that date back to 2009 that were not clear so I wanted to make sure that I had some updated information on the issue. Can anyone shed some light on this?

we bill only the 86580 w/ v74.1 for the administration.
when the patient comes back for the reading, we bill a 99211 (if properly documented).
