Good morning,
Does anyone have any experience with CPT coding for Mandible fracture repairs? I have been given this assignment and need a little guidance.
I have cases where the patient has closed, bilateral Mandible fractures. The code(s) I come up with are typically 21461/2, or 21470. When I bill the same code twice using rt/lt or with a 50, I end up with denials.
Any help is appreciated.
