Hello, i am not an expert but i came across with Calcified lung granuloma when i was reading AHA Coding clinic. J98.4 is the starting point. And then ( I am not sure if we have such codes), Sequela of smoking with letter 'S" at the end but i don't think we have icd 10 as Adverse reaction to smoking 'S". Then it would be just a history of smoking and toxic exposure. That would be my path. Team work!
