I'm looking for a Dx that will describe a patient condition where the position the patient has been in for a prolonged period has caused a musculoskeletal problem that needs to be corrected. For example, someone who has been left in a wheelchair for weeks without their head propped up, an addict who spends hours per day slumped over passed out, someone who has been confined to a cramped space.

I think you would have to use the code for the problem, then add an E code to identify the cause, possibly one of the E927 codes.
