patient had a lid laceration with canalicular involvement of the left upper lid

the procedure that wad dictated was exploration of lid laceration with intubation of canalicular system with silicone tubing andreattachement of superior crus of the medial canthal ligament and closure of lid laceration
so far I am lookling at 67935 and 69761 , but not sure about about the intubation canalicular system - any ideas -thanks

I would use 68815-Probing of nasolacrimal duct w or w/o irrigation; with insertion of tube or stent with 67935-suture recent wound, eyelid, involving margin, and I think you meant 67961, but I've not used that for a laceration being closed.

Valerie, thanks for info, and yes I meant 67961 because of the reattachment of the superior canthus of the medial canthal ligament, could this be to much.?

I guess I only use 67961 if the surgeon had to excise a portion of the defect to approximate the lid/margins better.
