Hello, I have a question that I'm hoping someone can help with. We did a level 2 Ultrasound on Fetus A which we will code as 76811 but we were unable to get adequate views on Fetus B so we are bringing her back to scan B in a few weeks. How would I bill for Fetus B? Would I bill a 76811 and 76815-59 or 76811 and 76812-52? Thank you!!!
