I have 5-11402's that I need to bill out but it exceeds the MUE limit. We have tried to bill it a couple different ways and it keeps paying incorrectly.
I also have 12-11403's that are doing the same thing. Any suggestions on how to submit these for correct payment? Thank You!

In my experience, the only reliable way to get payment when MUEs are exceeded is to submit an appeal with your documentation.
