Hello, hoping someone could guide me in the right direction...

Trying to code a left subclavian angiography,

Indications: Upper extremity, left arm claudication

-Left subclavian angiography
-Intervention on left subclavian: balloon angioplasty, laser atherectomy, balloon angioplasty
-Shockwave procedure

I've come up with 37247 so far, somewhat lost since it's not the upper extremity.

Thanks

Have you looked at 37236, 36215, 0237T & 75710 if it meets the diagnostic angiogram criteria?

Hope this helps!
