Is there a code for a LCSW to use for case management with patient with family with/without the patient present? The patients all have an autistic type of diagnosis.

Not sure what type of agency or office setting you're in, but at our CSB we use H0023 (DMAS clientele), and it can be used for QMHPs or LMHPs. A F2F is required once every 90 days, but monthly contact is needed.
