Wiki Lateral Release and Knee Revision

Having some difficultly coding this case. I think 27425 (Lateral retincular release) can be coded. Not sure if 27486 (revision of total knee) or 27335 (Arthrotomy with synovectomy anterior and posterior including popliteal area) can be coded as well. Any suggestions?

Yes. I have checked the edits. Just not sure if we meet the criteria for 27486, the approach was different and the femoral and tibial compoents were not replaced. The operative report states they were "well fixed".
