Hello all,

I have an doctor that performed a laparoscopic bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and myomectomy.

Part of op note:
"After both adnexa were detached, the fibroid was also coagulated and excised with no bleeding."

58661 and 58545 or would this be included? I didn't see any bundling issues per CCI.

You are correct - they can be billed separately - I would code the myomectomy first 58545 and the 58661 second - higher RVU's for 58545. Janet
