I am looking for a CPT code. Not sure if I should use 51999 and compare the code to 51900? Or 57330 (but this one doesn't seem right)

Unless there's a recent change I am unaware of, there is no laparoscopic code for this. Your first suggestion of 51999 comparing to 51900 is correct.

What if doc placed a flap from the peritoneum- how is THIS coded? (laparoscopic) i'm thinking 49999- should this be used for the harvest AND the flap placement? And what would it be benchmarked with? 49905 uses omentum, this is from peritoneum.

For the peritoneal flap performed via laparoscopy, I would suggest the unlisted code 49329 and bench mark to 15769.
