Hello there,
There are three codes for opioids and opiate analogs (80362-80364). Coding is based on the number of analyte tests ordered. Review the definitive drug testing section in your CPT manual for more details.
Note: If you're billing Medicare for these services see the G codes for definitive drug testing. - G0659 for tests performed in a practice's lab, G0480-G0483 for tests performed in other settings, such as a hospital or independent lab. Some private payers also want the practice lab code from medical practices, others will accept the G048X codes.

where is the drug section in cpt book?
Do you mean the CPT codes for drug testing? Those are found in the lab section of the CPT book.
Or do you mean the J codes for drugs? Those are in the HCPC book, not CPT.
