If PT/OT does repair or adjustment to a foot orthotic can L4205 be billed for this service?

Patient was distributed custom fit orthotics. However, they were rubbing the patients foot causing blisters. PT sanded down the area in question but took a while to correct approximately 20 minutes.

Can 1 unit of L4205 be billed for this repair?
