Question L1833 w/Reparel Sleeve

Good morning! Our practice has recently started to carry the Reparel sleeve for knee orthosis (specifically L1833) and we have found some conflicting information regarding insurance coverage for this product. I know that this is a very broad question but any information or pointers is extremely appreciated as we are kind of starting at zero with information on this besides the fact that it's POSSIBLE to bill insurance though we have not found much on what those possibilities entail.

This is a billable code for reimbursement by a DMEPOS supplier, but coverage may vary from payer to payer. Coverage under Medicare is outlined within the Local Coverage Determination for Knee Orthoses. This coverage is specific to Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetic, Orthotic and Supplies (DMEPOS) suppliers under Medicare Part B, similar rules would apply for other payers as well. https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/view/lcd.aspx?LCDId=33318
