Procedure(s):
KYPHOPLASTY L2 AND L4 AND POSSIBLE T10 AND T11
KYPHOPLASTY), 1 VERTEBRAL BODY, UNILATERAL OR BILATERAL CANNULATION

Cannulation of the L2 and L4 vertebral bodies is completed bilaterally followed by introduction of the Kyphon balloons. Elevation of the balloons was undertaken followed by placement of thickened Kyphon cement under fluoroscopic image guidance. This process was repeated at T10 due to the evident loss of height.

I would code 22513 and then 22515x2 units...22513 has higher rvu's then the 22514..that's how use to code them when I worked for a Neurosurgeon.
